We provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment where parents can leave their children with confidence at Loughborough Nursery, knowing they will be nurtured and cared for by a dedicated team of childcare specialist.
On joining us, your child will be assigned a key person who will work closely with them to promote their development and who is also the key point of contact for you.
Children are accommodated according to their development stage. There are six rooms and, as a guideline, the following ages broadly apply to each room:
- Developers: 6 weeks to 15 months
- Investigators: 15 to 24 months
- Pathfinders: 2 to 3 years
- Pathfinders Ark: From the term of the child’s third birthday until the year before they go to school
- Innovators: 3.5 to 4 years
- Pioneers: 4 years+
Experience Excellence Every Day
We take the security of our children and staff very seriously, access to the site is via intercom request and at the discretion of the Nursery Manager or Receptionist. All our rooms have closed circuit television and are monitored by the Nursery Manager (with the exception of the toilets).
The Nursery is fully enclosed with Paxton locks on all external doors. We have 360 view CCTV, meaning that there are no blind spots and this is recorded for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If anyone other than the child’s parent/carer is to collect we have a password system in place and ask to be informed in advance of any changes to the person collecting. All visitors to The Nursery must sign the visitor’s book and no visitor is left unattended within The Nursery site.
